About Yulu Cheng

I moved to Virginia Beach with my family in 2005 from Pennsylvania. I fell in love with the coastal Virginia since arriving in Hampton Roads area. The glorious ocean views, beautiful waterfront homes, award winning restaurants & so many fun sightseeing places to visit make this vacation destination a place worthy of being calling home.

As a former teacher for Virginia Beach City Public School, I am familiar with the school systems in the area. I have attended University of Georgia for graduate school and graduated from Old Dominion University with the Master of Science degree in Accounting. I am a real numbers person and highly analytical. I worked for two  largest Australian companies (Southcorp Holdings Limited & Email Limited) as the marketing manager and the local certified public accounting firm Witt Mares as the staff accountant. I use my skills and business acumen to negotiate the best price and terms on your dream homes and help sell your homes for top dollars.

I truly believe that home ownership is part of American dreams. I want to help people achieve their dreams of buying homes. I love what I do and thoroughly enjoy helping people.
